Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 ½ cups (10 oz.) sharp cheddar block, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni 7 minutes; drain.
  2. In a saucepan, mix butter and cheese. Stir until melted.
  3. Combine all ingredients in crock pot, adding macaroni last.
  4. Cow on low for 3 hours.
