Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 T butter
- 2 ½ cups (10 oz.) sharp cheddar block, shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cheddar cheese soup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil macaroni 7 minutes; drain.
- In a saucepan, mix butter and cheese. Stir until melted.
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot, adding macaroni last.
- Cow on low for 3 hours.
