Ritz Cracker Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
Filling:
- 2, double-sized packages of chocolate instant pudding
- 1½ cups of 2% milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
Directions:
- Crush crackers and melt butter.
- Combine these together and then press these into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Beat together milk and chocolate pudding; fold in ice cream.
- Pour well mixed filling into cooled crust and refrigerate.
- Before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle a few crushed Ritz crackers.
Notes
Crust:
- 1 sleeve Ritz® (36 individual) crackers, crushed
- 1½ sticks butter, melted
