Pickle Beef Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1, 8-oz. package cream cheese (softened)
  • 4- to 6-oz. of chopped dried beef (or two, 2½-oz. packages of corned beef)
  • 4 oz. chopped dill pickles
  • 1 T sour cream

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped beef and chopped pickles.
  3. Serve with crackers.
