Caramel Corn

- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon soda
- 4 quarts popped corn
Instructions
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add ½ teaspoon soda. Stir well.
- Pour over 4 quarts popped corn. (I like to use Puff Corn.)
- Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
*Tip: Add peanuts, walnuts, pecans, etc.
