Hamburger Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2, 10.25-ounce cans Tomato soup
  • 1, 10.25-ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese (optional)
  • 12 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cook noodles according to directions on the package.
  3. Season hamburger with salt and pepper before browning. Drain meat and return to the skillet.
  4. Stir soup into browned meat; then add cooked noodles.
  5. Pour into baking dish. Cover and bake for about 25 minutes. Stir, top with cheese, cover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
