Ham Balls
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ham loaf
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- Dash of pepper
Glaze:
- 1 can tomato soup
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together and form into 12 balls.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- If there is too much fat, drain it before topping with glaze
- Pour the glaze over the ham balls, and then bake another 15 or 20 minutes.
