Ham Balls

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ham loaf
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • Dash of pepper

Glaze:

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix together and form into 12 balls.
  3. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
  4. If there is too much fat, drain it before topping with glaze
  5. Pour the glaze over the ham balls, and then bake another 15 or 20 minutes.
