Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

 

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Marinate steak for 20 - 30 min.
  2. Grill and baste with any remaining marinade.
