Pumpkin Pie with Soy Milk

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 can Pumpkin
- 12 oz. Soy Milk
- 1 Pie Crust
Instructions
Directions:
- Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
- Beat eggs in large bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in soy milk.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake in preheated oven 425° for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 40-50 minutes more (until inserted knife comes out clean).
