Ham Balls
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds ground ham
- 2 pounds ground pork (no seasoning)
- 2 cups bread crumbs or 1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Mix and form into balls.
Instructions
Top with:
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 cup brown sugar
- 2 T. dry mustard
- 1 cup water
Direction:
- Pour over balls and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
