Ham Balls

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds ground ham
  • 2 pounds ground pork (no seasoning)
  • 2 cups bread crumbs or 1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix and form into balls.

Instructions

Top with:

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 T. dry mustard
  • 1 cup water

Direction:

  1. Pour over balls and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
