Big Batch Baked Beans

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (55oz) pork & beans
  • 1 can (16oz) Kidney Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) Black-eyed peas, Rinsed & Drained
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked & Crumbled
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

Directions:

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until beans reach desired thickness.
