Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies
(and yes, I am the one who makes these, not my wife)
Equipment
- 1 greased pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2
Ingredients
- ½ c shortening
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c flour
- ½ t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla
- ½ c chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
