Sowing Seeds of Hope: Fighting Cancer One Unit at a Time
Latham Seeds has a program called Sowing Seeds of Hope. It shows they care about helping find a cure for cancer and support the American Cancer Society. This program is based on the values of farming in the Midwest. It brings together farmers, dealers and workers in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. They all want to make a difference not in farming.
Latham Seeds sells seeds. For each unit of these seeds sold they give some of the money to help find a cure for cancer, take care of patients and spread awareness. So when people buy these seeds they are also helping families who have cancer.
