Career Opening: Sales Project Coordinator

We’re seeking a high-energy, driven individual to support our growing sales team and Sales Manager. This position is full-time and based in Central Iowa but may work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily calendars and deadlines for the Sales Manager
  • Assist with planning and implementing meetings, events and travel
  • Facilitate internal communication between the sales and other departments
  • Data entry and upkeep with internal company reporting
  • Pull sales reports, assist with accountability for business plans
  • Support sales department with other various projects

Qualifications

  • High school degree or higher
  • Proven work experience in project management
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through with projects
  • Extremely flexible
  • Manage multiple projects with demanding timelines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Energized by latitude to be a self-starter and take initiative
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office and general technology
  • Familiar with online calendars and cloud-based systems
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • Proactive thinker with excellent organizational skills
  • Support occasional offsite events that may include travel and overnight stays
