Chicken Enchiladas


1 lb shredded cooked chicken

1 can Cream Chicken Soup  

 ½ cup Sour Cream

½ cup Chopped Onion

1 tsp. Chili Powder

8 Flour Tortillas

1 can Green Chiles

1 cup Monterey Jack or Cheddar


Mix soup and sour cream (set a side). Cook onion until tender. Cook chicken and shred. Add chili powder, chiles, and most of the soup mix to chicken on stove. Fill tortillas with chicken mix and cheese. Roll up and place in

13 x 9 pan with thin layer of sour cream on bottom. Place seam side down. Put the rest of the mix on top and top with cheese.
