Great Grape Plate

Ingredients

  • 2 c. of shell macaroni, cooked according to directions on the package and then drained
  • 2 cups of ham strips
  • 1½ cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1½ cups seedless purple grapes, halved
  • ½ c. of diced celery
  • Kraft buttermilk, Ranch or poppyseed dressing
  • 8 melon slices, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces (Your choice of honey dew, cantaloupe or watermelon)
  • Boston lettuce (also known as Tom Thumb, Bibb, Butter or Buttercrunch)

Instructions

Make a lettuce bed and top with the rest of the ingredients.

COOK’S TIPS:

  • Make your own dressing by combining 1/3 cup Brianna’s Poppyseed Dressing with 2/3 cup Ranch dressing.
  • Mix up this salad right before eating, so it stays fresh and crisp.
