Porcupine Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together except the soup; form into meatballs.
- Lay meatballs in flat dish.
- Mix mushroom soup with one can of water and pour over the meatballs.
- Bake for one hour.
