Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except the soup; form into meatballs.
  3. Lay meatballs in flat dish.
  4. Mix mushroom soup with one can of water and pour over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for one hour.
