Charlie's Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
Directions:
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- Add nuts and mix well.
- Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir in flour; add chocolate and nuts.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before frosting.
Cocoa Frosting:
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and beat until smooth and stiff enough to frost cupcakes, about 5-6 minutes.

Makes 24 cupcakes.
