Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter
- 1 beaten egg
Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- ¾ c sugar
- 1 can pumpkin
Topping:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter
Instructions
For crust:
Mix ingredients together then press into 9x13 greased pan. Bake til golden brown @ 350.
For filling:
Beat eggs, add milk then sugar and pumpkin. Pour over crust.
For topping:
Cut butter into cake mix and sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of dessert and bake at 350 until knife comes out clean. About 45-50 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
