Red Cabbage
Ingredients
- Head of red cabbage, coarsely chopped
- Red onion, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- Olive oil
- ¼ to ½ cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix together cabbage, onion, sugar and salt.
- Place in an oiled casserole. Drizzle olive oil over cabbage.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Add apple cider vinegar to serve.
