Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Head of red cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • Red onion, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ to ½ cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix together cabbage, onion, sugar and salt.
  2. Place in an oiled casserole. Drizzle olive oil over cabbage.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar to serve.
