Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients
1 C. sour cream
½ C. milk
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 C. cheddar cheese, divided
1-29 oz. bag shredded hash browns
1 large can Durkee French fried onions, divided
6 pork chops (boneless)
Instructions
Brown pork chops. Mix sour cream, milk, soup, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, hash browns and ½ can onions. Spread mixture in lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish or pan; place pork chops on top. Bake at 350° for one hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
