Chocolate Eclair Torte

Ingredients

Torte:

1 box graham crackers

2 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding

3 1/4 cup cold milk

1 - 9 oz. Cool Whip

Topping:

3 tbls. Butter

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

2 tsp. Karo syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

3 tbls. milk

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

Torte:

Make 13 x 9 pan with whole graham crackers. Make pudding with milk, blend in Cool Whip. Put 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Top with another layer of crackers. Then the other 1/2 of pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers.

Topping: 

Melt chocolate and butter.  Add karo syrup, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar. Spread on top. Cool several hours overnight
