Beef Kabobs
Ingredients
Marinade:
½ cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup chopped onion
1 TBSP chopped garlic
1 tsp. Worchester sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
¼ to ½ cup lemon juice
¼ to ½ cup Ketchup
2 – 2 ½ pounds of sirloin tip roast cut up into 1- 1 ¼ cubes, trimmed
Peppers (any color), onions, mushrooms – cut up in small chunks
Instructions
Marinade the cut up roast in the refrigerator overnight. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill 4 to 5 inches away from moderately hot coals (or broil) for 4 to 8 minutes (depending on heat) for medium-rare, turning frequently. Brush with marinade during grilling process.
