Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken thighs ( pork or beef stew meat work too)

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 can or 8-12 oz frozen or 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks


Instructions

1. Place ingredients in crockpot or gallon freezer bag in order above.

2. Cook time: 8 hours on LOW

3. Serve with: cooked white or brown rice, green veggies
