Hawaiian Pork Marinade
Ingredients
¼ c. pineapple juice
½ c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
¼ c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
Combine ingredients, cover 2 lbs. of pork tenderloin or pork chops, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Baste pork with marinade as you grill it.
