2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Topping:
½ c chopped pecans
2 T. Brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Cream the sugar, butter and eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla; mix well and add dry ingredients. Pour half the batter in greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the topping on first layer. Add the rest of the batter and sprinkle the rest of topping on top. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes. Test to make sure it is done. Cool before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
