Swedish Apple Cake

Ingredients

½ c. butter

1½ c. sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 ½ c. flour

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp soda

3 c. chopped apples

½ c. nuts


Instructions

Cream together butter and sugar.

Then beat in eggs and vanilla.

Next add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.

Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake in 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove and spread on topping:
1½ c. brown sugar
2 T. milk
3 T. butter

After topping the cake, bake it another 35 minute or until done.
