Egg Bake

Ingredients

1 package of hashbrowns (shredded works best)

1/4 c. margarine

12 eggs

2 cups of REAL® Milk

1 tsp. salt

1 1/2lbs. of ham sausage or bacon

1/2 lb. shredded cheese (we recommend cheddar or colby jack)

1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

1 c. mushrooms (optional)


Instructions

Place hash browns in a greased 9X13 inch pan.
Cut up the margarine and dot on top of hash browns.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs milk and salt.
Pour over the hash browns.
Add meat and vegetables.
Scatter cheese over the top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
