Crock-Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1 two pound bag of shredded hash browns
- diced onions to taste
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Directions:
- Place chicken broth, hash browns and onions in a 4 qt crock pot on low for 8 hours.
- Eight hours later, add 3 cups of milk and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir and turn crock pot up to high.
- Ready to serve when the cheese is melted. (about an hour later)
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
