Crock-Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of chicken broth
  • 1 two pound bag of shredded hash browns
  • diced onions to taste
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Place chicken broth, hash browns and onions in a 4 qt crock pot on low for 8 hours.
  2. Eight hours later, add 3 cups of milk and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir and turn crock pot up to high.
  4. Ready to serve when the cheese is melted. (about an hour later)
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
