White Chicken Chili

- 1 can (16 oz.) navy beans
- 4 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T. pepper
- 1 T. oregano
- 1 T. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 5 cups cooked chicken
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream

Directions
- Combine beans, broth, onion, garlic, pepper, oregano, cumin, salt and chicken.
- Cook on low heat for about 1 hour. Stir frequently, until very hot.
- Stir in cheese and sour cream.
- Garnish with salsa.
