John Latham 515-371-8630 | johnl@lathamseeds.com John founded Latham Hi-Tech Hybrids in April 2004 and served as its president until March 2009 when it acquired Latham Seed Company. Today John serves as president of the combined company, Latham Hi-Tech Seeds. Latham Hi-Tech Seeds is an independent seed company committed to bringing world-class technology home® to rural communities in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota. John had 14 years of soybean seed sales experience with Latham Seed Company and also served as the company’s marketing director. Prior to joining the family seed business in 1994, John worked as a production agronomist for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. He earned a B.S. degree in ag business from Iowa State University. Active in the seed industry, John served as president of the Iowa Seed Association and is active in the American Seed Trade Association.
