Each variety was
tested at Purdue university using special screening to determine the level
of CystX in the variety. All of the varieties Latham Seed Company
markets are 95% or purer for CystX.
This means at least 95% of the plants in the field carry all four genes for total cyst resistance. If a plant carries all four genes, then is has resistance to all known races of soybean cyst nematode! It doesn't matter if your cyst nematode population is 5,000 or 50,000 eggs/100cc of soil. Soybean Cyst Nematode will not feed on the roots of CystX varieties. Call 1-800-798-3258 to try this revolutionary new soybean technology. |
